Precious Lamb

I Corinthians 11:23b-28
23b…Lord Jesus the same night in which He was betrayed took bread:

24 And when He had given thanks, He brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is My body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of Me.

25 After the same manner also He took the cup, when He had supped, saying, this cup is the new testament in My blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of Me.

26 For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till He come.

We hear these words every time we partake in Communion – the celebration of the Last Supper.  I have heard them so often, that most times it goes in one ear and out the other, and I don’t really spend much time reflecting on the meaning of these words.  I pray that we all take some time to ponder these words.

Dying on a cross, bearing our sins, His body wounded, His blood shed for me.  Thank You, Precious Lamb, for Your atoning work on the cross.

This song is a little different as it has a part for tenors to sing - the words inside the parentheses.  In order to make the words fit, I did not include words to the echo in the video.
