All Glory

John 1:14
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only Begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

It is hard for me to understand why such a Glorious Being would stoop to become a man and dwell among sinners.  Even more so that He would suffer and die for all mankind.  My only response is to live my life to glorify Him.

All Glory

All creation reflects God’s Glory,
The Heavens above, the earth below;
The sun and the moon, all the starry host,
The mountain tops tipped with snow.

The Glory of the Lord appeared in the cloud;
It covered His Holy Mountain.
And filled the wilderness tabernacle,
As it lights the streets of Heav’n.

And the Son was made flesh and dwelt among us,
And we beheld all of His Glory.
His life He lived to glorify God,
To receive all He’s worthy.

All honor and power and glory
Forever and ever is His due.
May our lives reflect His perfect Glory,
In all that we say and do.

Refrain:
All glory to the Father, all glory to the Son,
All glory to the Spirit, the Holy Three in One.
The most Holy Three in One.
